Placing an order at KimLoiStudio.com is very easy, fast and safe. Please follow these simple steps:

Shopping Cart:

1.  Choose an item: When the desired item is found, click on the "Add to Cart" button associated with it. The contents of your shopping cart along with the cost will be displayed. At this point, you are not charged anything.

2.  Change the quantity: You can order multiple quantities of the same item by changing the number of items from the default of one (1) to the appropriate number. Click on the "Recalculate" button and the total cost for the items will be calculated and displayed appropriately.

3.  Delete a selected item: Items may be removed from the shopping cart by checking each of the "Remove check box" of the unwanted item(s) and clicking on the "Recalculate" button. If you want to delete all the items and start from scratch then click on the link "Remove All Items & Start New Cart".

4.  Continue shopping: You may continue shopping for more products by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button. Each time you add a new item, the contents of the shopping cart will be displayed again.

Check Out:

5.  Check out: Once you are ready to order, please click on the "Check Out" button, and you will arrive at the order form. If you wish to add more items or change any of the quantities for these items, click on the "Edit Cart" at the bottom of the web page.

6.  Enter shipping information: Fill out your full name, address and phone number. You must enter a valid email address because the order invoice will be sent to that email for your record. Click on the appropriate payment button and confirm the information to proceed to the payment step 7 or 8.

Secure Payment:

7.  Pay by Check/Money Order: After clicking on this button, you will see an order invoice form on the webpage. You will also receive the order invoice by email for your record. You can print out this page and follow the instructions to send your payment by mail. We will email you upon receiving your payment by mail.

8.  Pay by Credit Card: After clicking on this button, you will have an option to make the payment in US, Canadian dollars or EURO. Please click on the appropriate button to proceed to the next page where you can enter your credit card information. Your information will be securely processed by the leading online payment processor Paypal.com. If you completed the online payment, you would receive a receipt confirmation by email.

 

Note: Other from the above payment methods, KimLoiStudio.com also accepts bank account (wire) transfer to make it convenient for you (especially for our customers in Europe, Asia, Australia...). Please contact us for more information.

Once we receive your full payment, we will ship the package to you within 24 hours. It takes about 9-14 days to be delivered to your address.

Yes. We also accept payments by Check/Money Order through our shopping cart system. You can rest assured to send your mail payment as we never had any lost incidents with our customers. Wire (bank) transfers can be arranged for other customers.

How do I know if my order has been received and ready for shipping?

When you place an order via the shopping cart, you will receive an order invoice via the email you provided. If you pay by Credit Card and successfully complete the payment, you will receive another email "Receipt Confirmation". Upon receiving your payment, we will ship the package to you within 24 hours. If you pay by Check/Money Order by mail, we will email you upon receiving your letter mail payment and ship the package to you right away.

Note: Orders without payment would be automatically cancelled.

When will the customer receive the shipment?

Once we receive your full payment, we will ship the package to you right away. Depending on your address and location, it takes about 7-14 days to arrive. We ship the products directly from Vietnam by guarantee air mail. Your local post office will deliver to your home and need you to sign and receive the package. In case nobody is at home, they will leave a note in your mailbox so you can go pick it up later.

At KimLoiStudio.com, we are striving to put our customers first and make sure you have satisfaction and a pleasant experience shopping with us. However, if your product is found defective by manufacturer's faults or due to the shipping process, we will exchange it for you at no cost. We do not accept returns of other non-defective items.

We only collect the shipping information so we can ship the package or contact you regarding your orders. Your credit card information are securely processed by Paypal.com. Charges apply only when you authorize a payment to us. Your email will also be added to our mailing list so you can receive updated music news and new releases information.
